Willing to respec?: Yes, but I'd prefer to stay tank (especial as paladins are so gear dependant it'd take ages)
Time available to raid: Most nights from about 8 CEST, but I work two week nights so I wouldn't be free till after 10 CEST then. Sundays, I pretty much free all day. Side note: The weekdays I work change every 6 months or so.
Able to use Vent? I'm fairly competent.
Previous guild & why did you leave: My last guild was Veni Vidi Vici. I left as I wanted to start raiding and the guild was starting to die (A lot of the other high level members left to do the same thing).

One thing I would like to point out is that although my defence is below the magic 490, when combined with my resilience, I am uncritable. In fact my mitigation table is currently:
Miss 7.32%,
Dodge 8.32%,
Parry 13.08%,
Block 9.6%,
Crit 0%,
Crush 15%,
Hit 46.66%.
I know it's not amazing (i've still got a bit to go before uncrushable), but it does me well and I feel I am at the Kara level. My spell damage is currently 328, which is enough for entry kara.
Experience on raiding content: I've participated in the odd raid (through PUG's and my brother is in a raiding guild), but this is my first raiding guild.
Any high lvl alts, if so who and in what guild: Qíxxín[eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Moonglade&n=Qíxxín], level 64 Priest (Shadow). My plan was to turn holy at 70, but there seems to be a shortage of shadow priests at the moment so I'll see how things turn out. I've left her in Veni Vidi Vici for now.
Why do you want to join December Flower? Well I instanced with a member of your's alt (Mithrana her name was), and she told me that you could do with a tankadin such as myself. I had been wanting to join a rading guild for a while, so I checked you all out and you seem fun

Armory seems to be down atm though. However if you need gear from kara and heroics/badges it should be pretty easy for us to gear you up ^^

Yeah, the armory seems to be a bit of a hit or miss thing at the moment.
Secondly, yes, I could do with better gear for Kara/Heroics

He did a good job in Botanica, he knows what to do.

Are you guys ever online?

Yeah, we are online.. not on the characters in December Flower, though. If you check /who on "Fjodors Sjömän" every now and then, if none of us is online in DF.. just send someone in that guild a whisper and hopefully they'll be able to get a hold of us.

Either that or we'll catch you online ourselves.
